Job Overview

WHITELION is seeking a seasoned Area Sales Manager for our Surat location. This is a senior full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will excel in driving sales strategy and managing sales territories while leading our sales team to success. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence and enhancing our customer relationships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in developing and executing effective sales strategies for business growth (Mandatory skill).
  • Extensive experience in territory management with the ability to expand market presence (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrated ability in team leadership mentoring and driving team performance (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer relationships and sales data effectively.
  • Strong expertise in channel management ensuring efficient distribution network relations and performance.
  • Ability to manage and optimize the sales pipeline ensuring consistent revenue flow and opportunity tracking.
  • Skilled in sales forecasting and planning helping predict future sales and set performance goals.
  • Advanced negotiation skills enabling favorable deals and client relationship development.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales goals and market growth.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team fostering a high-performance work culture and inspiring team success.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities within assigned territories expanding the customer base.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement with Whitelions offerings.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing tactics for optimized results.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities adjusting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and present sales reports with metrics to key stakeholders informing strategic company decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations maintaining ethical and professional standards.
