Employment: 3 month contract
Location: Kanata ON

Overall Requirements:
Our Operations Department is looking for a Warehouse Level I to work with our Warehouse team on a fixed-term contract. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse duties in a timely manner with direction from supervisor
- Maintain a clean safe work environment
- Safely assist in the loading and unloading of transport vehicles
- Properly pick and pack items according to company standards
- Prepare outbound shipments according to QA standards
- Transact and process material in the Warehouse system
- Physically receive and document inbound shipments using BOLs in accordance with established process and procedures
- Inspect and report non-conformances on inbound shipments (physical damage missing parts part/serial number mismatches)
- Utilize courier/freight forwarder software (i.e. FedEx Ship Manager)
- Prepare and organize orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
- Maintain strict adherence to company personal conduct policies
- Perform other job-related duties as required
Education & Experience:
- High School or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Read understand and carry out written instructions
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to perform routine repetitive transactions with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within the defined SOP
- Adaptive to workload peaks and need for OT
- Able to regularly lift and/or safely lift and handle heavy loads both manually and with devices
- Basic Advance Pro (AP) knowledge considered an asset
- Forklift experience considered an asset
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 working environment considered an asset
