We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning and analytics for productivity measurement including company AI efforts. This individual contributor role focuses on consolidating productivity measurements assessing company-wide performance to cost savings targets developing systems and reporting for productivity performance and driving assessments of ROI on productivity initiatives. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong financial competence systems expertise and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidation of productivity measurement:Contribute to the design of new productivity measurement tools consolidation of data and frameworks for setting targets for total productivity as well as AI driven productivity.
Productivity Analysis:Analyze performance of productivity improvement vs targets. Find opportunities for operational improvements. Support in developing and monitoring critical metrics to gauge the efficiency of transformation initiatives.
Financial Systems Optimization: Collaborate with IT and finance teams to support the implementation and improvement of ERP EPM and BI tools specifically needed for company-wide efficiency reporting. Help define and enforce data governance standards.
Technology Enablement:Research and evaluate the use of AI automation and other technologies to improve FP&A efficiency and effectiveness. Support pilot programs and adoption of new tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with finance operations and systems teams to align transformation efforts with business needs and ensure successful execution.
Process Documentation:Prepare clear documentation of processes findings and recommendations. Present insights to customers in a structured and impactful manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
8 years of experience in finance FP&A or financial systems roles
Strong understanding of financial processes and systems (e.g. ERP EPM BI tools)
Experience with data analysis improvement in execution and efficiency metrics
Proficiency in Excel Power BI or similar analytical tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting finance transformation or systems implementation projects
Exposure to AIautomation or advanced analytics in a finance context
Masters degree or CPA/CMA certification
Experience in a large matrixed or global organization
Experience in technology or semiconductor industry
The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$91500.00 - $207000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors including knowledge skills experience tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits discretionary bonuses and equity.
