Description of the role:
Mission Community Hospital is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor for our Med Surg department. This role involves overseeing the nursing staff ensuring high-quality patient care and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the Med Surg nursing staff
- Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Providing mentorship and support to nursing staff
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Requirements:
- RN license in the state of California
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of Med Surg practices
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
