Associate Sales Consultant

A Brief Overview
We are looking for motivated candidates who want to advance into consultative HR sales. As an Associate Sales Consultant with TriNet youll play a critical part in support our Senior Sales Consultants through a variety of sales enablement activities. Youll gain hands-on experience with CRM management lead generation tools and sales strategy while also actively participating in prospect-facing meetings and professional development opportunities.

What you will do

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: research potential accounts identify key decision makers and build weekly prospecting lists for field sales consultants.
  • Sales Support: Assist Field Sales Consultants with daily tasks. Some examples include: account research & meeting plans updating accounts/opportunities within Salesforce CRM customizing presentations or proposals.
  • Prospect & Partner interactions: attend sales meeting and engage with prospects and partners via phone email or in-person. Draft follow-up emails and schedule meetings within Outlook.
  • Learning & Development: Develop a comprehensive understanding our TriNets services offerings and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Actively participate in sales training sessions and workshops to develop skills needed to eventually promote into field sales role.
  • Sales tools and systems: Utilize Sales systems including Highspot Gong LinkedIn Sales Navigator Zoominfo and quoting tools to efficiently and effectively support field sales teams in their daily activities.
  • Complete all administrative tasks and duties in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate TriNets core values daily
  • Willingness to relocate for field-based roles
  • Willingness to work from local office location
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree Bachelors Degree preferred preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 1 years business and/or sales preferred

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta GA and the salary range for this location is $28.85 to $38.46. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the companys discretion. The candidates final salary offer will be based on the candidates skills education work location and experience.

A candidates compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNets corporate bonus plan.
