Qualifications:
- Physical Examination
- PPD or Q-Gold or CXR
- MMR (measles mumps rubella)
- 2 Verifiable References
- CHHA/CNALicense
- 2 Forms of ID andSSCard
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living and essential activities
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Bathing Grooming Dressing
- Feeding and/or meal prep
- Laundry Bed Making etc...
- Assisting with Ambulation range of motionexercise
- Assist with medication
