Job Summary
Shambaugh & Son L.P is seeking a Warehouse Driver. In this role you will be responsible or hauling construction materials and equipment along with assistant in the warehouse/fabrication shop
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate company owned and leased trucks to facilitate shipping and receiving operations
- Operate trucks for the delivery pickup and relocation of construction materials and equipment
- Safely haul material to our job sites
- Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition
- Pulling tools for jobs and crediting the tools from the jobs
- Unloading and loading trucks and trailers
- General cleaning and repairs around the warehouse
- Moving office furniture
- Perform any other tasks assigned to support and improve the overall team operations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must operate and maintain company equipment in a safe manner at all times
- Prior experience in a warehouse or delivering construction material a plus
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Must be able to multi-task
- Forklift Certification is a plus
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Regular and reliable attendance including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required
