We are looking for a Cycle Counter to join our team. This position will be based at our Wendell NC facility.
As a cycle counter you will manage inventory by conducting cycle counts and comparing them to inventory logs and documents using SAP. You will also support warehouse operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Shift Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Hourly Rate: $20.36
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Youll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
3 years of experience in a warehouse environment including inventory control processes
3 years of experience with forklifts order pickers and stand up
Experience with SAP system RF Scanner devices and MS Office applications
Ability to occasionally lift parts or sub-assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs
Basic proficiency in English including reading writing and speaking.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Youll make an impact by:
Safely operate stand-up reach trucks order pickers and sit-down forklifts in high-traffic and narrow aisle areas performing daily equipment inspections.
Collaborate with peers factory personnel and auditors to ensure inventory accuracy and support warehouse operations.
Plan organize and audit parts/locations; analyze and resolve discrepancies; and initiate corrective actions when needed.
Reconcile inventory records maintain statistical data and communicate findings effectively.
Serve as backup for employees on leave working independently with minimal supervision while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Prioritize safety maintain a positive attitude demonstrate high attention to detail meet deadlines and work well as part of a team.
