Nursing Home Manager 65000 Performance Bonus

Are you an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Manager with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care Were recruiting on behalf of a respected care provider seeking a strong leader to manage a well-established nursing home and ensure it continues to thrive under your guidance.

As Nursing Home Manager youll take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home leading a dedicated team to deliver person-centred care and ensure full compliance with CQC standards. Youll be instrumental in maintaining a welcoming safe and high-performing environment for both residents and staff.

What Were Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years experience managing a nursing home rated Good or above by the CQC
  • Level 5 Health and Social Care (Leadership and Management)
  • NMC registration (Registered Nurse) desirable but not essential
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of CQC standards care planning and safeguarding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to drive performance and occupancy
