Your Role Your Impact
As Regional Manager youll lead our passionate team of Speech Pathologists who thrive on complex cases others might shy away from. Youre not just managing youre mentoring a group of seasoned professionals who choose to stay because they love what weve built together.

What You Bring
Essential:
- 5-10 years Speech Pathology experience (we know youve earned your stripes)
- Tertiary qualifications & SPA registration
- Experience with complex NDIS participants
- Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
- Current drivers license
- Background checks (or willingness to obtain)
