Overview
The Operation Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring that organizational objectives are met efficiently and effectively. This position is essential in facilitating smooth workflow enhancing productivity and maintaining quality standards. The Operation Supervisor will lead a dedicated team providing guidance support and motivation to achieve operational goals. They will analyze workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. By maintaining a high level of communication within the team and with other departments the Operation Supervisor helps foster a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the company s public relations and communication strategy
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and customers
- Perform research assist with event planning
- Coordinate with each department
- Oversee and assist customer service team in the performance of their job duties such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues or complaints
- Ensure that the marketing team adhere to company standards policies and guidelines
- Organizing conferences for doctors and other medical staff
- Gathering feedback from sales on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
- Producing appropriate marketing material as required
- Conducting training program for all field forces
- Maintaining and providing timely necessary reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration operations management or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing communication Strategies
- Strong Research Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to Multitask and Work effectively under pressure with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and institutional information System
- Strong ethical values and commitment to diversity equity and inclusion
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in an operational supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and supply chain management.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
