Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- State certification or licensure for teaching early childhood education.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
- Experience in creating and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Ability to engage and inspire young children in a classroom setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children and parents.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations regarding early childhood education.
