Job Title: Social Media Producer
Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Producer to manage and expand our social media presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about writing social media and audience growth excels at creating engaging content and understands how to use social channels as part of the marketing funnel. This role bridges strategy and and offers a great opportunity to grow the organizations brand footprint.
This position operates within the marketing department and frequently collaborates with internal stakeholders authors and associates.
Research and develop social media plans tied to marketing goals for platforms including X Facebook LinkedIn Instagram and Pinterest.
Manage end-to-end social media content calendars: ideation content creation image/graphics development approval and publishing.
Maintain a 30-day content bank for the organization s social media platforms.
Apply brand voice and guidelines consistently across all content.
Track and report on monthly performance analytics.
Provide strategic insights and execute comprehensive content plans aligned with leadership strategy.
Proofread for content accuracy and spelling/grammar.
Understand and observe products/services from the customer s perspective.
Leverage technology and AI tools for efficiency.
Develop web content optimized for SEO.
Create brand-aligned graphics and videos for social platforms.
Produce monthly performance reports for all social media channels.
Apply project management best practices.
Ensure accuracy in all data files and content.
Adhere to copyright trademark and localization standards.
Build and grow audiences on X Facebook LinkedIn and other platforms.
Schedule posts using Hootsuite.
Design visuals with Canva ensuring they align with brand guidelines.
Maintain an editorial calendar using Google Docs.
Engage with audiences in real time and respond to direct messages with brand consistency.
Track platform performance and compile monthly reports.
Manage permissions and access for all social platforms.
Monitor and track software tool licenses (e.g. Hootsuite Canva).
Work independently and exceed workflow expectations.
Maintain a high volume of quality output.
Prioritize and respond quickly to internal requests.
Adapt to meet tight deadlines.

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
