POSITION SUMMARY:
The Parts Counter is responsible to provide outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with all customers and work directly with the sales/service personnel. Ensuring accurate information when providing estimates status updates and information as requested.

EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred.

The employee is regularly required to sit stand and walk. Frequently required to climb; and stoop kneel crouch and crawl. While performing the duties of this job the employee is expected to travel however the normal day to day operations will be conducted in a professional dealership setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
