Qualifications: Successful candidates will embrace the opportunity to be part of new educational and research programs in the growing area of financial technology. They will distinguish themselves by their interest in collaborating with colleagues from other departments with technology engineering and analytics expertise. The finance group in the Business School at WPI has interests in Financial Technology (FinTech) Quantitative Finance and Financial Analytics and are seeking to expand the group to include expertise in Corporate Finance.
A Ph.D. in Finance or equivalent is required. Preference will be given to candidates with an ability to engage in high-quality scholarship and high-quality teaching and have demonstrated interests in corporate finance. Candidates should demonstrate ability and willingness to teach at the graduate and undergraduate level.
