Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for supporting the full cycle of the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service administrative support and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This is an open-ended contract position.

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Assist in the coordination and administration of routine Talent Acquisition transactions.
  • New hire processing offer letter and background check process management new hire paperwork.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for the Recruiting and/or HR teams.
  • Generate reports related to your work at a defined cadence.
  • Represent Embraer at job fairs to promote the organization to potential candidates.
  • Promote Embraer as an employer of choice through knowledge of the organizations benefits policies practices history and culture.
  • Supporting tasks that contribute to process improvement
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement to be shared with manager.
  • Vendor communication and scheduling
  • Internal team support and coordination
  • Managing self and assigned tasks.
  • Support administration of defined initiatives.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education:

  • Required: High School Diploma.

Experience:

  • Prefer candidate with 1 years of previous experience in area of responsibility and/or basic administrative experience; clerical duties.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Acute attention to detail and follow up skills
  • Strong customer service orientation along with the proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume fast paced work environment
  • Proficient in MS Word Excel & Power Point
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Initiative flexibility and a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Basic administrative techniques
  • Cooperative interpersonal skills organized and detailed oriented.

Working Conditions / Environment/Special Requirements

  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA EPA State and Federal regulations.
