POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for supporting the full cycle of the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service administrative support and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This is an open-ended contract position.
JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
- Assist in the coordination and administration of routine Talent Acquisition transactions.
- New hire processing offer letter and background check process management new hire paperwork.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for the Recruiting and/or HR teams.
- Generate reports related to your work at a defined cadence.
- Represent Embraer at job fairs to promote the organization to potential candidates.
- Promote Embraer as an employer of choice through knowledge of the organizations benefits policies practices history and culture.
- Supporting tasks that contribute to process improvement
- Identify areas for continuous improvement to be shared with manager.
- Vendor communication and scheduling
- Internal team support and coordination
- Managing self and assigned tasks.
- Support administration of defined initiatives.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Education:
- Required: High School Diploma.
Experience:
- Prefer candidate with 1 years of previous experience in area of responsibility and/or basic administrative experience; clerical duties.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Acute attention to detail and follow up skills
- Strong customer service orientation along with the proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a high volume fast paced work environment
- Proficient in MS Word Excel & Power Point
- Excellent organizational skills
- Initiative flexibility and a high degree of confidentiality.
- Basic administrative techniques
- Cooperative interpersonal skills organized and detailed oriented.

- Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA EPA State and Federal regulations.
