Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver/Chauffeur to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Driver/Chauffeur you will be responsible for transporting patients and medical staff to and from various locations ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport patients and medical staff to and from appointments hospitals and other medical facilities
- Assist patients with getting in and out of the vehicle ensuring their comfort and safety
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle at all times
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving
- Communicate with dispatch and medical staff to ensure timely and efficient transportation
- Keep accurate records of mileage routes and any incidents that occur during transportation
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and medical staff
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a driver or chauffeur
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety procedures
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work full-time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
