Job Description
Position: Logistic Analyst
First Care Medical is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality and compassionate care to our patients. We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Logistic Analyst to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
As a Logistic Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain and logistics processes. You will work closely with our procurement and inventory management teams to analyze data identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize our supply chain and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis and identify trends and patterns in supply chain and logistics data
- Collaborate with procurement and inventory management teams to develop and implement strategies for improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment and stock rotation
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers vendors and internal teams
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
- Prepare and present reports on supply chain and logistics performance to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain and logistics to identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management logistics or a related field
- 2 years of experience in supply chain logistics or related field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software
- Knowledge of healthcare supply chain processes and regulations is a plus
