Job Description
100% FTE Monday - Friday 7:00am -5:00pm no weekends or holidays. No on-call requirement. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at University Hospital in Madison WI.

We are seeking a Care Team Leader (CTL) to:
- Motivate and lead nursing staff while working in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
- Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.
- Direct and lead nursing staff to ensure optimum patient care efficient operations quality service and sound financial management.

- ADN Required
- Baccalaureate degree or advanced degree in nursing Preferred
- 6 months of RN experience Required
- Clinics Endoscopy- Basic Life Support/CPR Required
