What Youll Do (And Love)

Deliver Customized One-on-One Stretch Sessions
Apply proven techniques to guide clients through personalized stretch routines tailored to their individual goals and needs.

Be a Trusted Movement Specialist
Coach clients beyond the stretcheducate them on posture recovery mobility and performance strategies to support real lasting transformation.

Create Strong Client Connections
Foster a positive empowering environment where clients feel seen supported and excited to returnand refer their friends.

Collaborate with an Exceptional Team
Partner with our front desk and membership staff to ensure seamless client experiences and contribute to our studios continued success.

Grow with Us
Receive paid training and national certification through StretchLabs accredited Flexologist program. We invest in your long-term success with ongoing education and advancement opportunities.

Who You Are

Youre a movement professional with a strong foundation in body mechanics and a genuine passion for helping people. You thrive in a fast-paced team-driven environment and love making a difference in peoples lives.

Must have one of the following qualifications:

• A degree or certification in Kinesiology Exercise Science Sports Medicine or Human Movement

• A nationally recognized fitness certification (NASM ACE NSCA ACSM ISSA AFAA NESTA NCCPT NFPT NCSF)

• A professional license: Physical Therapist PTA Chiropractor Massage Therapist or Athletic Trainer

• A teaching background in Yoga Pilates Barre or Dance plus formal anatomy training

Bonus Points For:

• CPR/AED Certification (or willingness to obtain)

• 1 years of experience working with clients in fitness wellness or rehabilitation

• A strong grasp of anatomy biomechanics and functional movement

• Exceptional communication skills and a naturally engaging presence

• A growth mindset and desire to continuously improve your craft
