As an Online Booking Assistant you will handle inquiries via email phone and chat guiding clients through our services and helping them make informed decisions. You will also manage schedules confirm appointments and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with a team that values innovation and customer satisfaction.
Manage incoming booking requests through email phone and chat.
Provide information about services and pricing to clients.
Assist clients in navigating the online booking platform.
Confirm appointments and send reminders to clients via email or SMS.
Resolve any client issues or concerns related to bookings promptly.
Update and maintain accurate records of all bookings in the system.
Collaborate with the team to ensure all schedules are organized and well-coordinated.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with online booking systems or similar software.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
