Sales Executive

Due to our firms continued success and growth we are seeking a tenured results-driven and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our corporate team located in San Antonio TX. We are currently considering candidates that have a proven and measurable track record of strong sales experience in staffing recruitment and executive placement.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven and measurable sales experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent Business Development cold calling B2B sales and prospecting skills required

Responsibilities

  • Fulfill business development activities to procure new clients
  • Use proven sales and relationship building techniques to build and maintain a viable pipeline of clients
  • Make direct contact through phone calls and email to procure new clients
  • Sell Executive Search recruiting direct hire and staffing services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports through internal systems and documentation tools
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers
  • Must have strong follow-up skills excellent customer service skills and be results-oriented
  • Must be high-energy well-spoken self-motivated and require minimal supervision
  • Must be able to multi-task and re-direct focus as the situation requires

KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years experience in B2b Sales selling to the C-suite and prospecting experience
  • Disciplined competitive and determined sales strategies
  • A measurable track record of sales achievement and book of business
  • Demonstrate a proven sales track record
