Job Description
POSITION: Paralegal
LOCATION: Dallas TX.
WORK TYPE: Full-Time Onsite
A highly respected top-tier law firm in Dallas TX is seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its legal team. This is a full-time onsite position offering a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and high-performing environment.
We are looking for a dynamic paralegal with a broad litigation background including experience on both the plaintiff and defense sides. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record supporting attorneys in employment law and personal injury matters.
Please note this is a 100% onsite role at the firms Dallas officeremote or hybrid work is not available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys during all phases of litigationfrom case intake through trial and settlement.
- Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings discovery requests/responses subpoenas motions and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain case files perform legal research and manage deadlines and case calendars.
- Assist with trial preparation including exhibits witness lists and trial binders.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients courts experts and opposing counsel in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct factual investigations and summarize medical records deposition transcripts and other case-related materials.
Requirements:
- 3 years of paralegal experience in a litigation setting.
- Must have hands-on experience in both employment law and personal injury law.
- Experience on both defense and plaintiff sides of litigation is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with attorneys clients and legal professionals.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Paralegal certification required; bachelors degree is a plus.
