Job Description
Helpdesk Team Lead
The Cleveland Institute of Art (CIA) a national leader in art and design education is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Help Desk Team Lead to join our Information Technology team. If you enjoy solving problems helping people and working in a place where creativity thrives this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
In this full-time role youll be the go-to person for day-to-day help desk operationssupporting students faculty and staff with their technology needs. Youll lead and mentor a team of student workers manage service tickets maintain equipment and software inventory and help ensure that classrooms labs and offices stay connected and running smoothly. Youll also play a key role in onboarding new users supporting computer labs and contributing to technology projects across campus.
This position is ideal for someone with 12 years of technical support experience a passion for customer service and a desire to grow in the field of IT. Youll work with both macOS and Windows environments and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced collaborative settingsurrounded by artists designers and innovators.

Compensation
This is a full-time non-exempt is commensurate with experience and offers a benefit package including; paid time off accrual 13 paid holidays as well as additional time off while the college is closed during winter break. CIA offers health and dental insurance life and disability insurance 403B retirement contribution tuition remission free campus parking and inter-museum council discounts.
