GRADE/STEP: Exempt Certified (10 mo.) C (0-59) C (M/S) Steps 0-10 (FY26 salary schedules)
SALARY COMPENSATION PACKAGE: $62689.00 - $78715.00 annually
WORK PERIOD: Monday-Friday 8:20 am- 4:15 pm (occasional evenings)

Job Objective: Determines eligibility for disability services and coordinates access to accommodations and services for Moore Norman Technology students requesting services. Reviews medical psychological and technical evaluations of students abilities or disabilities and determines reasonable accommodations. Communicates with partner school staff regarding IEPs and student issues. Ensures that appropriate accommodations are implemented in MNTC programs. Assists staff in determining accommodations and teaching techniques. Provides direct instruction to students when necessary for success in their program. Monitors and ensure satisfactory progress for IEP/504 students.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelors Degree in special education or related major required Masters Degree Preferred.

Credentials: Must hold current Oklahoma teacher certificate including special education certification required

Experience: 3 years work experience in special education required
