Role Description
The Sales Development Associate is charged with generating and producing leads by prospecting and marketing initiatives.
You are a team player with problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset. You will be part of a diverse collaborative sales team of hardworking individuals to generate new revenue and relationship building.
Initiate CXM lead-generating activities in accordance with established policies and procedures
Establish and develop relationships on behalf of AutoAlert with prospects
Document information and lead-generating activities and/or accounts within the companys CRM (Salesforce)
Achieve key performance metrics and goals
Work with your team to identify and share best practices for lead generation
Other duties as assigned

Consistent track record of setting and achieving personal and team sales goals
Ability to take initiative and prioritize in a consistent manner
Excellent customer-facing soft skills to interact with both internal and external customers
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of the organization to maximize performance creativity problem-solving and results
Ability to adapt positively to changing priorities and to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but works with other team members inside and outside of the department.
