About the Role:

CoreWeave is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our HR Systems team. In this role you will be a key contributor to the design implementation maintenance and optimization of our critical HR systems landscape including but not limited to Workday Greenhouse Rippling Lattice CultureAmp. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and understanding of HR processes to ensure the stability security and efficiency of our HR technology solutions supporting our global workforce. You will be a trusted advisor collaborating with HR finance payroll stakeholders IT teams and vendors to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our organization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $x-$x. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. This position also includes a discretionary bonus equity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design implement and configure HR systems and applications including HCM (Human Capital Management) Payroll Talent Management Learning Management and other related platforms.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to drive system enhancements and process automation.
  • Partner with HR Finance IT and business stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
  • Manage Workday security roles user permissions and compliance configurations.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports dashboards and analytics to support business needs.
  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes workflows and integrations.
  • Lead Workday system upgrades testing and release management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues working with internal teams and Workday support.
  • Provide training and documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on Workday enhancements trends and best practices to optimize system performance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
  • 5 years of hands-on Workday Greenhouse and other HR systems experience with deep expertise in one or more modules (HCM Advanced Compensation Absence BenefitsPayroll Finance Recruiting etc.).
  • Workday certifications in relevant modules are strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday security reporting integrations and business process configuration.
  • Experience with Workday Studio EIBs Calculated Fields and BIRT reporting is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead Workday implementations enhancements and optimizations.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in SOX compliance HRIS governance and system security is a plus.
  • Experience with automation tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
