Expression of Interest- General Manager Transformation and Integration
Locationit is preferred in Vic or SA
Essence of the role:
The General Manager Transformation & Integration works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare as a key leader in Residential Care. The role provides strategic leadership to drive transformation across Residential Care. The role leads integration of key initiatives enabling service innovation operational excellence and sustainable change. Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders this role champions performance improvement supports workforce capability and ensures alignment with HammondCares mission and strategic goals. Reporting to Executive General Manager.
Key Focus Areas:
- Lead major change programs that improve service delivery financial sustainability and resident outcomes.
- Drive seamless integration of systems processes and structures to enhance operational performance.
- Partner with senior leaders to align transformation efforts build capability and embed continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of learning and accountability supporting workforce capability and engagement.
- Support the integration of digital solutions that enhance care improve efficiency and enable innovation.
- Monitor and strengthen business performance ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
