Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful automotive solutions provider based in Kettering supplying premium lubricants oils and car care products across the UK and Ireland. With an ambitious growth strategy and a strong reputation for quality and service the company is looking to appoint a driven and results-focused Sales Executive.

Location: Kettering
Job Type: Full-time Permanent
Salary: Competitive with commission structure and progression opportunities
Experience Level: 2 years experience in sales preferred but attitude and ambition matter most

Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a high-growth organisation where youll have the autonomy to manage your own sales process while contributing to broader commercial goals. Youll be developing new business nurturing key accounts and playing a central role in expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to win new business and grow existing accounts
  • Generate leads through outbound outreach and networking
  • Make introductory calls and conduct product presentations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Use CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline and track performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in new business development or field sales
  • Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
  • Self-motivated resilient and target driven
  • Able to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and sales enablement tools
  • Automotive industry experience is beneficial but not essential
