What Youll Be Doing:
As our Enterprise Account Executive you will be the cornerstone of Cliniconexs expansion into large healthcare enterprises across the United States. Youll be responsible for initiating and driving new business by building a pipeline from the ground upsourcing validating and closing enterprise-level opportunities.
This is a high-impact high-autonomy role ideal for a strategic driven sales professional who understands complex sales cycles and can navigate hospitals health systems and physician networks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build a robust enterprise pipeline from scratch focusing on U.S.-based hospitals health systems and physician groups.
- Establish short-term revenue through medium-sized deals with physician groups while creating a long-term pipeline of enterprise deals with hospitals.
- Research identify and validate new Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and personas specific to the enterprise healthcare segment.
- Proactively source RFP opportunities through third-party portals and procurement networks.
- Lead the full lifecycle of RFP responsescollaborating cross-functionally to craft high-quality submissions tailored to U.S. hospital and health system buyers.
- Leverage or build a network of consultants Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and health IT influencers to source leads and expand Cliniconexs reach.
- Develop targeted account plans and stakeholder maps for high-priority enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging and value propositions for enterprise personas.
- Own and report on sales metrics forecasts and pipeline activity with precision.
- Utilize CRM tools for rigorous pipeline hygiene and sales activity tracking.
- Provide feedback from field conversations to product marketing and operations teams to inform future go-to-market strategies.
What Were Looking For:
Were on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual who has the following:
- 5 years of success in enterprise B2B sales with experience in U.S. healthcare (preferably hospitals and health systems).
- Proven ability to build enterprise pipeline from zeroidentifying leads crafting messaging and driving them to close.
- Demonstrated success in managing RFPssourcing writing and submitting proposals for complex health system deals.
- Understanding of how to navigate large matrixed organizations and influence multi-stakeholder decisions.
- Experience working with physician groups and mid-sized healthcare organizations.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
Bonus Points for:
- Existing network of consultants GPO contacts or health system advisors.
- Experience scaling sales within a high-growth SaaS company.
- Familiarity with health IT purchasing cycles and compliance frameworks (e.g. HIPAA HITRUST).
