Graphic Designer (Part Time) – 12 Month Fixed Term

Its also unique in the industry for its function as a proving ground ensuring advancements and improvements to the technology prioritise efficiency and a superior customer experience.

The position

As a Graphic Designer you will contribute to the overall success of both our core technology company (Tiimely) and our retail business (Tiimely Home) through the ideation and design of creative content assets and collateral across multiple customer channels.

As a part of the Brand and Content team this role will also function as a brand guardian; maintaining consistency and progressing both brands developing work in line with the brand strategies to achieve business objectives.

Your other responsibilities will include:

• Execute creative and design projects to support Tiimely and Tiimely Home to a high standard.
• Translate strategy into digital design to support customer communication marketing and web material.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and positive uptake of the brand in communication and execution.
• Understand how creative strategy contributes to driving growth for the technology platform and the retail business.
• Concept development and design for content and collateral across multiple channels including advertising website social media corporate and sales enablement.
• Independently manage projects and ensure transparent and effective stakeholder engagement.
• Identify industry trends and opportunities for creatively extending our brand effectiveness.

The successful candidate

Heres some of the things wed like you to bring:

• Strong demonstrated experience using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Figma and standard design platforms.
• Operate at a high creative standard and apply attention to detail consistently across all work.
• Be self-motivated organised collaborative and agile working effectively across varied projects with parallel deadlines.
• Strong cross-channel experience designing for web social media and digital sales collateral.
• High competency in animation design and video.
• Have an interest in technology and a passion for precise creative and communication design.
• Comfortable with executing BAU design work as well as working conceptually.
