As a Diagnostics Supply Chain organization we want to ensure patient care for Roche Diagnostics products worldwide. In the Commercial Supply Chain function you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to this. In the Consulting and Implementation Services department you will ensure close collaboration between the global supply chain function and the Roche Diagnostics subsidiaries. Characterized by foresight and a customer-centric approach in the role you will make a significant contribution to an efficient agile and sustainable supply chain that can meet the current and future challenges of our dynamic industry.
The Opportunity
As Supply Chain Market Liaison for NAM (US and Canada) you will act as the critical link between the markets you serve and the global supply chain in Roche Diagnostics providing market insights identifying and validating demand signals aligning them with business plans and acting as a consultant with deep supply chain expertise. You will build and maintain relationships with the markets you serve conduct long-term planning and provide transparency in critical situations. Your insights and recommendations will enable informed decisions and improvements within the supply chain network. You will be responsible for the markets of the NAM region in Roche Diagnostics.
As the responsible link between the serviced markets and the global supply chain you will understand market needs validate demand signals and align them with business plans. You advise management with your relevant know-how and contribute to making informed decisions in the supply chain network.
You build and maintain strong relationships with the markets of NAM and contribute responsibly to relevant S&OP discussions and resulting decisions.
In collaboration with the Insights & Demand and Global Product Planning departments you will ensure planning is aligned with our business objectives. In critical supply situations you create transparency and ensure a targeted flow of information.
You anticipate challenges and recommend process or service improvements for the supply chain network. You will also improve the accuracy of demand forecasts and thus ensure optimal stock levels.
Who You Are
Masters degree in economics (specializing in supply chain management finance or sales) or comparable professional experience
At least 7 years of experience in finance supply chain or sales functions - ideally in the diagnostics industry and have proven knowledge of building bridges between the relevant organizations in a holistic supply chain
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills complemented by experience in dealing with and presenting to management teams
You also have a good knowledge of the competitive landscape and business trends in the markets you are responsible for.
You also have experience in interpreting and linking relevant data and are able to translate the insights generated into decisions
You work in a constantly changing environment and are used to adapting flexibly to situations and working cooperatively.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis IN is $123600 - $229600 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience qualifications geographic location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
