Minimum Education

Certifications
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required
AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months in position.
AHA Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within six months in position.
Licenses
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with the State of Tennessee or a licensed Registered Nurse from a Compact State with the proper Tennessee paperwork filed within 30 days of hire.

Assists with the daily coordination of personnel patient and family resources within the scope of as the liaison between the nursing departments and all of the ancillary departments to promotecontinuity of care optimal patient outcomes patient satisfaction cost efficiency and compliance. Serves as avisible and enthusiastic change agent who helps drive meaningful action by developing action plans goals andobjectives in collaboration with leaders administration staff and physicians.
Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth. Assists with formulating training policies programs and schedules for staff and/or patients baesd on knowledge of identified training needs or changes in products procedures or services. Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols. Collaborates with physicians nursing pharmacy and other healthcare team members/departments todetermine coordinate and provide holistic care.
