- Sell recovery memberships and promote services/products
- Book recovery appointments during check-ins and phone outreach
- Guide potential members through the Recovery Tour experience
- Assist members with proper use of recovery equipment and techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure member satisfaction
- Maintain a clean safe and organized recovery area
- Monitor member safety during recovery sessions
- Prior sales experience ideally in a fitness wellness or service-based environment
- Experience in a fitness or recovery setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of recovery techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings and weekends
- Passion for health fitness and helping others
- Commitment to providing a welcoming informative and engaging experience during Recovery Tours
- Ability to meet or exceed monthly recovery appointment and membership goals
