YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

  • Assists in the assessment of training requirements across the organization.
  • Develop and deploy online learning modules within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Assists in the coordination of training events including on the job training new hire orientation and/or on demand training based on business needs.
  • Supports documentation standards for Spartanburg Assembly Plant (SAP).
  • Monitors compliance and record keeping within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Maintain Spartanburg Assembly Plant (SAP) training calendar.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent.
  • One (1) year of experience in a related field.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Training Education Human Resources or a relative area.
  • Innovative future-oriented and open to new thoughts and ideas.
  • Willing to challenge the status quo and be a strong influencer.

Pay Range:

$50400.00 - $77200.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range individual pay is determined by various factors including the scope and responsibilities of the role the candidates experience education and skills as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
