Your Impact
We are seeking a Deployment Manager to lead the seamless implementation of Axons hardware and software solutions for law enforcement agencies. As the primary customer contact this role collaborates with internal teams to drive efficient deployments manage timelines and resolve challenges. The Deployment Manager must have strong project management skills a solid understanding of Axon products and IT processes and the ability to align business and technical stakeholders for successful solution deployment.
What Youll Do
Location:Remotely from the United States
Reports to:Manager Deployment Management
Direct reports:None
- Orchestrate multiple-product deployments of all Axon hardware or software products
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer: technology users and decision makers at Law Enforcement Agencies (Chiefs of Police Command staff Sheriffs Directors of IT Records Supervisors and Clerks Police Officers etc.)
- Collaborate with internal deployment teams to ensure seamless implementations and organized timelines.
- Provide structure and clarity where there is ambiguity in customer needs and implementation process
- Document customer issues providing feedback to leaders and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain internal project dashboards and communication.
- Identify manage and escalate risks and ensuring end-to-end success of the implementation.
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of project deployment and coordination experience preferred
- 1-2 years working collaboratively in complex environments
- Experience utilizing technical project management tracking tools to ensure project tracking and completion
- Thorough knowledge of Axon products preferred
- Demonstrated exceptional customer relationship management skills with a track record of aligning stakeholders and driving fast-moving rapidly changing projects under tight deadlines
- Ability to effectively manage and handle multiple congruent/ simultaneous projects at the same time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to structure projects and align stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm and commitment to Axons Mission Core Values and Program Mission
- Willingness to join forces and drive company-wide initiatives across multiple departments
Other Qualifications
- Operates with a sense of urgency accuracy and detail-orientation while maintaining consistent lines of communication with all teams involved in each project
- Demonstrate adaptability and versatility by embracing tasks and projects beyond core responsibilities continuously seeking opportunity to grow and learn in various aspects of the role
- Experience with Salesforce Microsoft Office Applications Slack Smartsheet and QUIP is advantageous.
- Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) background check and maintain confidential and highly sensitive information.
