The Internal Audit Division is looking to fill one (1) Program Administrator 3 - Auditor position.

What Youll do as a Program Administrator 3 in Internal Audit:

  • Conducts audits on internal divisions throughout the Department by analyzing internal procedures and tax records as required.
  • Writes accurate and detailed audit reports disclosing the audits objective scope resources authority performance standards methodology background testing of internal control systems findings summary and recommendations.
  • Serves as secondary Disclosure Officer by meeting regularly with various divisions in the Department as well as externally with the IRS to ensure compliance with IRS Publication 1075.
  • Serves as the Records Management Officer for records retention for the entire Department to ensure compliance with the general schedules provided by the Ohio Department of Administrative Services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The final candidate selected for the position will be required to undergo a criminal background check. -Or completion of undergraduate core program for academic field of study commensurate with program area to be assigned per approved Position Description on File; 36 mos. trg. or 36 mos. exp. in supervisory administrative managerial &/or staff position involving planning research &/or policy/procedure development.
