A growing property services company is seeking an experienced ambitious and energetic Property Services Manager to lead and optimize a newer division within its expanding operations. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a background in property management building management or construction management who is operationally minded and eager to scale service offerings. The manager will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day activities refining internal systems and driving growth through strategic planning and leadership.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee and streamline the daily operations of the property services division
Build manage and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely service
Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve growth goals
Implement and improve systems and workflows to increase efficiency
Manage budgeting scheduling and job execution across multiple properties
Respond to client needs and ensure top-tier service delivery
Recruit and supervise field and administrative staff as needed
Ideal Qualifications:
3 years of experience in property services building management or construction management
Strong operational logistical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
Proactive and creative thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced hands-on work environment
Familiarity with property management software is a plus
