Job Description
Recruitment Apple Lovers is looking for the New Head of Quality of a next-generation real estate investment company based on an innovative model of real estate tokenization.
Job Title: Head of Quality (Freelance)
Remote from anywhere.
Salary: to be discussed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system aligned with international standards as a freelance expert.
- Lead the creation and structuring of a QA team including calling funders and stakeholders.
- Manage quality processes to ensure compliance customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to internal teams on quality best practices.
- Conduct internal or external audits follow up on improvement plans and ensure regulatory adherence within the real estate industry.
- Embed a quality-focused culture across departments including in SaaS environments.
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in departmental leadership with a strong sense of detail and a disciplined.
Profile Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience leading a quality or operations department.
- Proven expertise in SaaS (Software as a Service) environments.
- Experience in creating and building QA teams from scratch.
- Strong leadership high attention to detail and a meticulous approach.
- Excellent communication skills capable of managing remote collaborations and stakeholder calls.
- Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 etc.) and audit tools.
