Responsibilities
- Activation changes and deactivation of employee profiles in SAP Concur
- Auditing expense reports according to Travel & Expense Policy and company standards
- Posting expense reports into various ERP systems
- Performing reconciliation reports
- Managing Service Now ticketing system
- Contacting ADM Employees to provide expense reports support
- Preparation of reports for the needs of the T&E team ADM locations and the Audit department
- Participate in improvement projects and identify areas for improvement within the process.
- Supporting T&E team in the month-end closing activities.
Your Profile
- Fluent English-spoken and written
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Previous experience in a Shared Services and/or international environment (would be an advantage)
- Good MS Excel MS Outlook MS Teams PowerPoint knowledge
- SAP Concur / Travel and Expense process experience (would be an advantage).
- At least a BA degree
- Problem-solving and Can-do attitude
- Good organizational skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage own workload to meet agreed deadlines
