We are seeking an Associate Brand Manager to support our clients Brand Managers and contribute to the success of assigned brands. This role focuses on managing catalog functions across Amazon Vendor and Seller Central submitting support tickets via Zoho and executing deals and promotions. A key part of the role involves maintaining the Master Catalog performing competitive research monitoring product listings and proactively resolving catalog and listing issues including the removal of unauthorized resellers.
The ideal candidate will also be responsible for managing pricing updates ensuring all compliance documentation is up to date and supporting customer engagement strategies. Additional responsibilities include preparing materials for brand and internal meetings and staying informed on Amazon-specific processes such as Brand Registry to ensure all activities align with platform requirements and brand standards.
To succeed in this role candidates must be organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills familiarity with Amazons backend systems and experience using cloud-based platforms like Zoho are essential. This position requires a self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to collaborate closely with Brand Managers and cross-functional teams.
ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
This job operates in an office environment which routinely uses standard office equipment.

DAILY TASKS:
Perform basic catalog functions such as creating NIS (New Item Setup) managing merges and variations and uploading product images.
Submit and track catalog-related requests via Zoho including NIS catalog scrub A content needs merges and more.
Enter and manage deals coupons and promotional campaigns on both Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
Own the catalog and content audit process ensuring accuracy and consistency in the Master Catalog.
Conduct competitive research on similar products pricing and market trends to support strategic decisions.
Identify and initiate the removal of unauthorized reseller listings that violate intellectual property or trademark/copyright laws.
Monitor top ASINs to ensure they have active and optimized live offers.
Troubleshoot and address listing issues and special projects including Buy Box loss and suppressed listings.
Prepare and present monthly brand performance reports along with fulfilling ad hoc data requests.
Manage pricing and cost updates while ensuring all relevant compliance documentation is up to date.
Support customer engagement initiatives by recommending and executing strategies to generate product reviews.
Assist in meeting preparations including agenda creation and logistical coordination.
Stay informed on business terminology and Amazon-specific processes such as Brand Registry and related acronyms.
Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the client.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
1-2 years in a professional environment agency or similar experience preferred
1 year(s) Amazon Vendor Central and/or Amazon Seller Central experience preferred
Basic understanding of eCommerce and retail market channels
Associates Degree/ Bachelors Degree in Business Economics Finance Communications or related field
Microsoft Proficiency: Display proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook BI Word Excel SharePoint etc.
Tech competent
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excel and Retail Math Competency: Demonstrate competency in Excel and basic retail math.
Train for and pass Amazon Sponsored Ads certification
