The Accounting Assistant for FS Reporting is responsible for the preparation of month-end adjusting entries reclassification and correcting entries to produce correct and updated accounts schedules and balances. Preparing the account analyses and Assisting in the completion of Financial reports of entities under office leasing team.
KEY FUNCTION / DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. PREPARATION OF JOURNAL ENTRIES AND ACCOUNT ANALYSES
a. Updates various schedules of accounts such as Amortization Depreciation Roll Forward and Accruals.
b. Prepares adjusting reclassifying and correcting entries to update GL Accounts.
2. REPORTS
a. Prepares tagging of Income expense and cash transactions per project.
b. Provides other reports requested by external auditor head office and other departments.
c. Assists in the preparation of financial reports.
3. FILE MAINTENANCE AND OTHER TASKS
a. Recommends proper use of GL Accounts to Admin and AP Team.
b. Observes proper accountability of filed Journal Vouchers.
c. Other duties as assigned by office leasing department.
