Job Title: HOA Compliance & Inspection Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a US-based property services provider that leverages technology to manage and maintain compliance within community associations. They work closely with HOAs to ensure regulations are enforced fairly and efficiently through advanced inspection tools visual documentation and stakeholder coordination.

Position Overview:

The HOA Compliance & Inspection Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining high standards across residential communities. This role involves reviewing 360-degree inspection footage and images interpreting HOA regulations documenting violations and ensuring homeowners take corrective actions. The ideal candidate will combine attention to detail with clear communication and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular property inspections using Optic Systems software and 360-degree video footage.
  • Thoroughly review video footage and photo documentation to identify potential HOA violations.
  • Analyze findings and generate clear well-organized reports for HOA boards and property managers.
  • Communicate violations to homeowners with guidance on corrective actions and deadlines.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues and document all communications and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate logs of inspections violations and resolutions in the system.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams vendors and legal support as needed to enforce compliance.
  • Stay current on community association policies and support updates to inspection protocols.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years in property management compliance or inspection-related roles.
  • Strong written English skills.
  • Proven experience reviewing video and photo documentation for inspection or compliance purposes.
  • Familiarity with property or inspection management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pattern recognition.
  • Proactive communicator able to follow up professionally with stakeholders.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Prior experience using 360-degree video inspection equipment or software.
  • Understanding of community association laws and regulations.
  • Experience working with tools like Optic Systems.
