We are currently looking for a German-speaking Sales talent (South Tyrol) to join an exciting project. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a proven track record in outbound calling and lead generation. You will be representing our client by prospecting potential homeowners and booking appointments with their Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and prospecting potential clients (homeowners)
- Generating leads and setting qualified appointments
- Managing and nurturing client interactions
- Supporting sales goals and tracking outcomes
- Maintaining consistent communication with team leads and clients
Requirements:
- Fluency in South Tyrolean German (native-level)
- Strong experience in sales SDR outbound calling and lead generation
- Comfortable with cold calling and overcoming objections
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English required)
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment
Project Schedule:
- Start Date: As soon as possible (Training Date to be confirmed)
- Recruitment Deadline: June 15 2025
- Workload: 20 hours/week
- Shifts (Central European Time):
- Mornings: 10:30 AM 1:30 PM CET
- Afternoons: 2:30 PM 7:00 PM CET
- Weekly combination:
- 3 mornings 2 afternoons or
- 3 afternoons 2 mornings
- Tuesdays AM shifts are mandatory (bi-weekly team meetings)
