Engage with architects interior designers and builders to understand project needs and promote products.
Deliver tailored sales pitches and presentations to design professionals.
Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities in the design and construction sectors.
Build lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and materials.
Maintain strong product knowledge to align offerings with client requirements.
Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitors.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through pipeline management.
Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and seminars.
Coordinate with design and product teams to meet client expectations.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in sales or business development in architecture design or construction.
Strong network or familiarity with industry professionals.
Proven sales track record and excellent presentation skills.
Self-driven with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Background in interior design or architecture.
In-depth knowledge of industry trends and materials.
Experience in networking and representing brands at trade shows.
Additional Details :
Communication Skills - Speaks good English
