DescriptionJOTIS S.A. is looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to support one of the Groups companies based in Acharnes Attica.
The role involves providing 1st level IT support to internal users aiming to quickly diagnose and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to colleagues support queries
- Providing support over the phone over email or via remote access
- Communicate with colleagues through problem-solving processes.
- Keeps well documented and updated case notes on all tickets daily
- Following up IT orders with clients
- Install configure and maintain workstations printers and network equipment
- Diagnosing issues with computer software and services
- Support Microsoft Windows and SaaS based software such as Microsoft Office 365 suite
Requirements - Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a similar field
- At least 5years of proven experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of computer hardware systems and computer software systems including office applications operating systems and multifunction printing
- Experience in installing optimizing maintaining and securing Microsoft Windows Desktops
- Good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and services
- Experience on O365
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills
- High-level communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Has the ability to participate effectively in multiple support efforts and provide technical expertise
- Has the ability to communicate effectively to technical and non-technical audience.
