You will convert warm leads into loyal customers by actively listening asking thoughtful questions advisingand selling small businesses our best-in-class online marketing practices all while growing your career with a company that promotes from within!
We provide anuncapped commissionplancomprehensive trainingprogram andongoing supportto help you thrive! Additionally youll receive a$1500 CAD sign on bonus after successfully completing your first 90 days of employment. In the past year over 40% of our Sales Consultants were promoted as a result of their performance.
This role will be based out of Toronto ON. The first week of training will be fully in-person at our US based headquarters. Ability to travel internationally is required.
OTE for this role is $69920-$74080 CAD commission is uncapped
What youll do:
- Convert warm leads into paying customers through a high volume of outbound calls
- Close new business on a daily basis
- Inspire Small Business Owners all over the country to grow their businesses with our continually evolving suite of Digital Marketing Solutions
- Conduct needs analysis to determine how to best help prospects based on their needs and marketing challenges
- Working with Canadian small businesses
Who you are:
- 1 year of relevant and successful sales experience
- Strong passion for helping small businesses succeed
- Driven to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Exceptional and persuasive communication skills both verbal and written
- Able to overcome objections
- French speaker is a plus
