Recruiter: Bloom Talent Solutions is partnering to find someone with deep roots in landscape account management whos ready to plug directly into a high-performing operations team. If youre experienced with commercial properties and want to shape a newly created position this is your opportunity.

Build and Grow with Purpose:

This isnt your typical account manager role. Youll inherit a robust book of business ($34M) drive enhancement sales and partner with operations and leadership to expand customer relationships. The position was created out of necessity; theres no dedicated salesperson for this market so youll be essential from Day One. Youll split time between two branches and help define what success looks like for this territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts (valued at $34M)
  • Serve as the primary client liaison ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Drive enhancement sales with a target penetration rate of 20%
  • Qualify and close incoming sales leads (no cold calling)
  • Inspect work sites for quality and proactively address service issues
  • Collaborate with operations managers branch leadership and field crews
  • Navigate proprietary software tools and reporting systems

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of landscape account management experience
  • Strong enhancement sales and customer relationship skills
  • Familiarity with commercial property management multifamily and HOA clientele
  • Experience working directly with field operations and branch managers
  • Ability to work onsite across multiple branches five days a week
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for landscape and business growth
