The Tarrant To & Through (T3) Partnership aims to increase postsecondary credentials and workforce success for Tarrant County students. T3 provides resources financial assistance and opportunities to students and families equipping them for successful careers. The Tarrant To & Through Partnership (T3) is seeking a mission-driven Systems Analyst to help strengthen and optimize its technology infrastructure in support of students post-secondary success. This role will play a critical part in the design implementation and maintenance of systems that track student progress from high school through college and career pathways. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams providing key technical and analytical support to enhance data-driven decision-making across partner institutions including school districts and universities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & Planning
- Assist with optimizing the Advisor Case Management platform to enhance functionality usability and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project schedules and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Support T3 program teams with data and analytic reporting.
- Assist in optimizing the Advisor Case Management platform to improve usability and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor project timelines and contribute to collaborative efforts across technical and programmatic teams.
- Support program teams by generating reports and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Information Systems & Data Management
- Gather and document user requirements to support ongoing system enhancements.
- Serve as a key data resource to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of student outcomes across multiple institutions.
- Support system configuration maintenance and integrations under the guidance of the Senior Systems Analyst.
- Assist in managing data collection transfer and storage processes across K-12 and higher education partners.
- Support Salesforce configurations and integrations based on programmatic needs.
- Establish and maintain ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes for data ingestion.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor student progress and program impact.
- Uphold standards of data quality privacy integrity and security.
Operational Management
- Implement data security protocols in line with data-sharing agreements and best practices.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with T3 partners to support data-sharing efforts.
- Assist in managing user access including creating and maintaining roles profiles and permissions.
- Continuously build knowledge and proficiency in T3s core technology platforms and applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Experience:
- 2 years of professional experience including 1 years experience working in K-12 Higher Education or education nonprofits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data reporting software.
- The ability to learn or have some existing knowledge of Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA) platform and community design and development or other CRM platforms.
- Strong project management skills including the ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (Entry level)
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Practitioner
- Enterprise ETL platform experience (e.g. Jitterbit MuleSoft)
- Microsoft Office Specialist Certified - Excel

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
This position will require frequent travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding suburbs as needed to support functions of role
