Position Summary
Acts as primary single point of contact between the Customer Service Manager and Operations for Customers that have a unit in the Aero Depot withPROENERGY. Tracks and reports on the scheduling and progress of all turbine related customer overhauls and repairs to the Customer Service Manager. Works to resolve technical and scheduling issues regarding depot projects. Supports development of project change orders related to depot works. Ensures work scopes submitted in MRO are consistent with the as sold scope of supply. Acting LM Lease engine asset manager.
Position Responsibilities
  • Issue Work Order Releases to advise Operations of jobs coming in and alert them to any commercial changes to jobs already in process.
  • Provide constant communication on the status of all jobs to the assigned Customer Service Manager and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide cost and selling information to the Commercial Operations Team for all proposals.
  • Technically manage as well as provide project management support
  • Work with Project Coordinator to gather resources within organization
  • Develop and Maintain Standard Pricing for all component inspections and repairs.
  • Keep accurate records and reports for weekly updates to Customer Service Managers for correspondence with customers.
  • Produce written information for customers often involving use of computer packages/software.
  • Learn about your organizations products or services and keep up to date with changes.
  • Lead the management reporting maintenance planning deployment recovery and maintenance of LM Lease assets.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a technical area of study with 3 years of industry work experienceORHigh School Diploma and 8 years of related industry and administrative experience.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficiency in technical writing.
  • Must read write and speak fluent English.
  • Willingness to work in an industrial and/or shop environment.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated LM6000 and LM2500 experience in maintenance and or operations.
  • Excellent communication skills; bilingual skills in both English and Spanish a plus.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills are also beneficial.
  • Be adept at problem solving.
  • Heavy lifting may be required.
  • Technical competence including understanding software hardware networks etc.
